2. Access data and server log files

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically stores technical information transmitted by your browser in server log files: the page accessed, date and time, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL and IP address (usually shortened or anonymised).

This data is used exclusively for the technical provision, security and stability of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functional service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is not evaluated on a personal basis.

3. Contacting us (form and email)

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address and your message) in order to handle and answer your request.

The form also transmits the time of your request and your IP address; we use both only to prevent misuse and spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in a secure form). So that no request gets lost, the server also keeps a backup copy of your request (time, name, email address, message) in a file that is not publicly accessible.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering your request). Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply. This also applies to the backup copy.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website uses no tracking cookies and no web analytics tool. Only technically necessary data required to operate the site is processed. A consent banner is therefore not required.

6. Disclosure to third parties
